PUBLIC HEARING

  1. An application by Precision Properties, PO Box 4082 Pocatello, ID 83205 for PUD Preliminary Development Plan for proposed Antler Ridge Subdivision for Multifamily Infill Planned Unit Development, PUD. Located in the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian in Bannock County. Location is North of East Chubbuck Road and West of Kays Kove.

  3. Discuss changing Land Use meeting because March 14th is School District 25 Supplemental Levy Election. Council Chambers is a polling place. City Council meets Wednesday the 15th.
