CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 5/17/22 Regular Meeting (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS
- Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Agency Resolution 2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting in May 2022.
- Board will review Financial Report.
- Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
- Board will review and may approve the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2023 and the FY23 termination budget for the 1992 Downtown Improvement District. (Action Item)
- Board will review and may approve an Owner Participation Agreement with Harvest Springs JV. (Action Item)
- Board will review and may approve beginning the disposal process for CDA-owned properties through the Request for Proposals process for the properties located at 339 E. Chubbuck, 152 Evans, 280. E. Linden Ave., and 300 E. Linden Ave. (Action Item)
- Board will discuss a short-term revolving loan from Citizens Community Bank for 1992 Plan area and may approve the Chair and Executive Director to obtain the loan. (Action Item)
- Director’s update of ongoing activities and projects in the urban renewal districts.
