NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use & Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on February 11, 2020 at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following items:
- An application for Conditional Use Permit for a Government Facility use- administrative building- in a C-2 General Commercial Zone. The subject property is approx. 1.54 acres consisting of portions of Lot 12 of Bonniebrae Acres Townsite located in the NW ¼ of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Bannock County. Generally located at 4599 Burley Drive, Chubbuck, ID, 83202. Application will be reviewed against criteria and standards found in section 18.28.040C of municipal code. Type of Action: Decision
- An application for Conditional Use Permit for self-service storage container yard use in a C-2 General Commercial Zone. The subject property is approx. 2.45 acres consisting of parcels RPRCCPC011200 and RPRCCDF000200. Generally located at 4964 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, ID. Application will be reviewed against criteria and standards found in section 18.28.040C of municipal code. Type of Action: Decision
A complete description of each item is available to the public on request at the City Office. Commission packet will be available at the City Office on February 4, 2020. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral testimony. Written testimony must be received by the Planning Department at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered public record.
