With the current situation concerning COVID-19 and in an effort to protect our Citizens and our Employees the City of Chubbuck is encouraging, if possible, utility payments to be made electronically.

You can make an electronic payment through our office using Direct Pay, you can utilize Auto Pay through our third party administrator, Xpress Bill Pay, or you could utilize and electronic bill pay platform through your financial institution.

The City of Chubbuck does offer a $5 dollar discount if you chose the Direct Pay option.

If you are paying by check the City of Chubbuck encourages you to mail the payment using the envelope provided with your utility bill. We also have a drop box available in our parking lot that is accessible from your vehicle and a drop box in our lobby.

Please, if possible use one of these alternatives to the window for making your payment.

Direct Pay

DIRECT PAY: The Direct Pay Program is a convenient way to automatically pay your utility bill. Direct pay ensures your bill is paid in full and on time every month and helps avoid delinquency fees.

Each account enrolled in the Direct pay Program will receive a $5 discount each month. Customer’s currently enrolled in direct pay are receiving the $5 discount. Direct pay saves the City by automating and streamlining the billing process.

Direct Pay is a program offered only in office at the City. Forms are available at www.cityofchubbuck.us or at the counter at the Utility Office. the Direct Pay Form must be filled out and returned to the office. All payments are processed on the 15th of each month.

If you would like to participate in the City’s Direct Pay Program and receive the discount, please complete a Direct Pay Consent form and bring, email, fax, or mail to the City.
