NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2027

A public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1002 will be held for consideration of the Chubbuck Development Authority (CDA) proposed budget for the fiscal year from October 01, 2026 to September 30, 2027. The hearing will be held at Chubbuck City Hall, 290 East Linden Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho at 5:30PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The CDA budget funds the programs, services and capital projects that the CDA Board has determined to be important to meet CDA’s strategic goals. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted. Copies of the proposed CDA budget in detail are available at the City Hall during regular office hours (8:00AM. to 5:00PM. weekdays). Written comments may be submitted by email to Ashley Squyres, CDA Executive Director, prior to the meeting at: chubbuckura@gmail.com. This public hearing on the proposed budget is required for formal adoption of the FY2027 budget.
