1. Approval of the Pinecrest Townhomes Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law.
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
2. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Academy Acres Div. 2. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

3. Approval of the 2025 Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).
