CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 11/15/22 & 1/17/23 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. Board will discuss and may approve the Agency’s 2022 Calendar Year Annual Report, in accordance with Idaho Code 50-2006, will authorize filing of the report with the City Clerk, authorize publication providing notice once the report has been filed, and authorize filing with the State Controller’s Office. Prior to approving the Report, the Board will take comments from the public on the Report. (Action Item)
  2. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Agency Resolution 2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
  3. Board will review Financial Report.
  4. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
  5. Board will review and may accept the Fiscal Year 2022 Letter from Auditor and Audited Financial Statement. (Action Item)
  6. Board will review and may approve letter to taxing districts regarding anticipated termination of the 1992 Plan area. (Action Item)
  7. Board will review and discuss remaining projects in the 1992 Plan area, including projects from the City-CDA Project Development Agreement, as amended. (Action Item)
  8. Board will discuss and may approve City’s request for repayment of personnel time for CDA administration and project management. (Action Item)
  9. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 152 Evans Lane and may approve moving forward with a preferred developer by development and disposition agreement (Action Item)
  10. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 300 E. Linden Avenue (City Hall- East) and may approve moving forward with a preferred developer by development and disposition agreement (Action Item)
  11. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 260 E. Linden Avenue (City Hall- West) and may approve moving forward with a preferred developer by development and disposition agreement (Action Item)
  12. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 339 E. Chubbuck Road and may approve moving forward with a preferred developer by development and disposition agreement (Action Item)
