CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 3/28/22 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board may wish to go into Executive Session to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated pursuant to Idaho Code section 74-206(1)(f). (Action Item)
2. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 152 Evans Lane and may approve moving forward with a preferred developer by development and disposition agreement/agreement to negotiate exclusively. (Action Item)
3. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 260 E. Linden Avenue (City Hall- West) and may select a 2^nd choice preferred developer for the property disposition should the selected 1^st choice not succeed. (Action Item)
4. Board will discuss submitted proposals for the CDA’s property located at 300 E. Linden Avenue (City Hall- East) and may reconsider its action to move forward with a development and disposition agreement/agreement to negotiate exclusively with a preferred developer that was selected at the 3/28/23 meeting; board may determine to uphold their prior action or to select an alternative option for disposal. (Action Item)
5. Board will discuss and may approve the 2^nd Addendum to City-CDA Project Development Agreement in the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan District. On 4/5/23, the City approved the agreement. (Action Item)
