CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 4/12/23 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Agency Resolution 2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
2. Board will review Financial Report.
3. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
4. Board will review and discuss, and may tentatively approve, the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget. (Action Item)
5. Board will discuss the CDA’s financial account collateralization. (Action Item)
6. Board will review and authorize the Chair to enter into Exclusive Negotiation Agreements with the Preferred Developers for real properties to be disposed of in the 1992 Project Area. (Action Item)
7. Board will review and approve Quit Claim Deed donating Lot 1, Block 3 of Final Plat for Chubbuck City Hall to the City of Chubbuck, for purposes of the City constructing a public park upon said lot. (Action Item)
8. Director will provide an update on the pedestrian safety improvement project in the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan project area, and will provide an overview of the same Project’s termination timeline.
