CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for August 15, 2023 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. Board will review Financial Report.
  2. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
  3. Board will hold a public hearing to take comments from the public regarding the Fiscal Year 2023 Supplemental Budget. Following the hearing, the Board may choose to adopt the supplemental budget as proposed or with modifications via adoption of Resolution 2023-3. (Action Item)
  4. Board will hold a public hearing to take comments from the public regarding the Fiscal Year 2023 Supplemental Termination Budget for the Chubbuck Downtown Improvement Plan District. Following the hearing, the Board may choose to adopt the supplemental budget as proposed or with modifications via adoption of Resolution 2023-4. (Action Item)
  5. Board will discuss, and may authorize the Director, the disbursement of non-obligated surplus funds from the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan Project Plan to the Bannock County Treasurer, in accordance with the CDA’s resolution and pending City Council ordinance. (Action Item)
  6. Director will provide an overview of the disposal of the CDA’s properties owned through the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan Project Plan, and the Board may approve the Development & Disposition Agreement to dispose of the 339 E Chubbuck Road property. (Action Item)
  7. Director will provide an update on the pedestrian safety improvement project in the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan project area.
  8. Board will discuss Redevelopment Association of Idaho’s requests for the upcoming Idaho Legislative Session.
