CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for March 26, 2024 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Introduction of new members, Amanda James & Brandon Evans, appointed and
confirmed on May 1, 2024.
2. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Resolution 2022-1,
approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
3. Board will review Financial Report.
4. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
5. Board will review the drafted Development and Disposition Agreement (DDA) and the
amended fair re-use appraisal report, for its property at 152 Evans, and may hear
comments from the Preferred Developer regarding the draft. The Board may authorize
the Chair to sign the DDA, or may seek additional changes. (Action Item)
6. Board will review the drafted Development and Disposition Agreement (DDA) for its City
Hall – West property, and may hear comments from the Preferred Developer regarding
the draft. The Board may authorize the Chair to sign the DDA, or seek additional
changes. (Action Item)
7. Board will review and may approve extensions of the Agreements to Negotiate
Exclusively for the 152 Evans (Cornerstone) and City Hall-West (SICOG) projects. (Action Item)
8. Board will go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code section 74-206 (1)(a) to:
Consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein
the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular
vacancy or need. (Action Item)
9. Board may choose to enter into negotiations or a contract with a selected contractor for
its the Executive Director/Administrator position. (Action Item)
