CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the June 3rd & July 1st, 2024, meetings (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Resolution 2022-1,
approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
2. Board will review Financial Report.
3. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
4. Board will review the draft eligibility study for the Legacy Park development located at
the southeast corner of New Day Parkway and Yellowstone Ave. and may provide input
to the consultant. (Action Item)
5. Board will review the tentative Fiscal Year 2025 budget, may authorize publication for
an upcoming public hearing, and may schedule a special meeting to review public
comments and adopt the budget. (Action Item)
6. Board will discuss Urban Land Institute’s services and may authorize a subcommittee to
discuss a scope of needs and work with the firm to bring back a proposal to the Board. (Action Item)
7. Board will review a request from the Preferred Developer to extend and modify the
adopted Development & Disposition Agreement for the 152 Evans project (Action Item)
