CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 16, 2024 meeting (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Resolution 2022-1,
approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
2. ACTION ITEM: FY2025 Budget (Keller): Public hearing and consideration of approval on
the proposed FY2025 budget and corresponding resolution 2024-2.
3. ACTION ITEM: ULI Technical Assistance Panel (Squyres): Board will discuss Urban Land
Institute’s services and may authorize the Board Chair to enter into a joint agreement
with the City of Chubbuck and Urban Land Institute to conduct a Technical Assistance Panel.
4. ACTION ITEM: Executive Director Signing Authority (Budge): Consider resolution 2024-3 to revoke the delegation of authority to the Executive Director under resolution 2017-1.
5. ACTION ITEM: Amendment of Ministerial Claims Resolution (Budge): Consider
resolution 2024-4 to amend the process of paying ministerial claims under resolution
2022-1.
