CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

ACTION ITEM: APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the August 12, 2024 special meeting

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. The Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Resolution
2024-3, approved by the Chair and Executive Director since the last Regular Meeting.
2. DISCUSSION ITEM: Financial Report (Squyres): The Board will review the Financial Report
3. ACTION ITEM: Approve Claims to Be Paid (Squyres): The Board will review and may
approve claims to be paid
4. ACTION ITEM: FY2024 Amended Budget (Squyres): Public hearing and consideration of
approval on the amended FY2024 budget and corresponding resolution 2024-5.
5. ACTION ITEM: Memorandum of Understanding, Legacy Park (Budge): The Board will
review and may approve a memorandum of understanding for Intrastate Development
Group, Inc., to reimburse the CDA for the cost of a feasibility study to create an urban
renewal area for Legacy Park.
6. DISCUSSION ITEM: LEGAL COUNSEL REPORT (Budge)
