CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. Consider a request by Cornerstone Realty and Development to extend the schedule of performance under the Disposition and Development Agreement for 152 Evans Lane by 90 days. (Action Item)
  2. Executive session to communicate with legal counsel regarding pending/imminently-likely litigation [Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(f)]. (Action Item)
