CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 7/19/22 Regular Meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board will review Financial Report.
2. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
3. Board will hold a public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2023 Agency Budget and may approve the budget for Fiscal Year 2023 by Resolution 2022-3. (Action Item)
4. Board will hold a public hearing on the Termination Year Budget for the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan urban renewal area and may approve the termination budget by Resolution 2022-4. (Action Item)
5. Board will consider a request to dispose of its personal property in accordance with Idaho Code and the Agency Resolution’s for Disposal of Personal Property (2021-05). The personal property requested for disposal is the metal roof of the residence at 211 E. Linden Ave. (Action Item)
