CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

ACTION ITEM: APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 21, 2026 regular meeting.

GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. DISCUSSION ITEM: Financial Report (Squyres): The Board will review the Financial Report for July 2026.
  1. ACTION ITEM: Approve Claims to Be Paid (Squyres): The Board will review and may approve claims to be paid for August 2026.
  1. ACTION ITEM: Purchase and Sale Agreement for 339 Chubbuck Road (Budge): The board will review, discuss, and consider approval of the purchase and sale agreement for 339 Chubbuck Road.
  1. ACTION ITEM: 152 Evans Lane (Budge): The Board will hear a project update from Josh Ellis and will consider a proposed third addendum to the Disposition and Development Agreement between the CDA and Chubbuck Village Developers, LLC for the property located at 152 Evans Lane.
  1. DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEM: 260 East Linden Road (Heiner/Squyres): The board will discuss the next steps for the CDA property located at 260 East Linden Road. This item was tabled from July 21, 2026.
  1. ACTION ITEM: FY2027 Budget (Heiner): Public hearing and consideration of approval on the proposed FY2027 budget and corresponding resolution 2026-1.
  1. ACTION ITEM: Draft FY2026 Budget Amendment (Squyres): The board will review the tentative Fiscal Year 2026 budget amendment, may authorize publication for an upcoming public hearing, and may schedule a special meeting to review public comments and adopt the amended budget.
  1. DISCUSSION ITEM: LEGAL COUNSEL REPORT (Budge): Counsel Budge will review legal topics that need to be brought to the attention of the Board, if any.
  1. DISCUSSION ITEM: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT (Squyres): Executive Director Squyres will review topics that need to be brought to the attention of the Board, if any.
  1. DISCUSSION ITEM: CHAIR REPORT (Heiner): Chairman Heiner will review topics that need to be brought to the attention of the Board, if any.
