Approval of Minutes: May 20, 2026. (Action Item)

General Business:

  1. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 3 acres of land, and to Specify the Zoning Limited Residential (R-2), located at the southwest corner of Philbin Rd. and Deckyr Dr. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the annexation of 3 acres into the City limits).
  2. Approval of the Mingo Shops Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  3. Approval of Firework Permits for 2026. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the applications and if they meet city code).
  4. Approval of the Alcohol license for Beer and Wine for Maverick Group. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).
  1. Approval of the Alcohol license for Beer, Wine, and Liquor for Fuji Steakhouse. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).
  2. Review the Bids for the 2026 Pedestrian Ramp Project and possibly authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract. (Action Item)
