Approval of Minutes: June 3, 2026. (Action Item)

General Business:

  1. Approval of the Fox Hollow Estates Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).  
  2. Approval of the Brookstone Estates Div. 15 Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  3. Approval of Firework Permit for 2026. (Action Item)    
    (Council will discuss the applications and if they meet city code).
  4. Review the Bids for the 2026 Pavement Maintenance Mill and Overlay Project and possibly authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract. (Action Item)  
  5. Resolution 2026-XX Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) Cooperative Agreement associated with the widening of Yellowstone Hwy from Park Lawn to Siphon Road, and to possibly authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract. (Action Item)  
    (Council will discuss an agreement with the Idaho Transportation Department).
  6. Groundwater mitigation discussion and consider approving the Mayor to enter into agreement to participate in the Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer Cities’ Mitigation Plan. (Action Item)
