PUBLIC HEARING

1. A proposed budget for the fiscal year 2027 from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, and the consideration of the proposed use or reserve of forgone property taxes pursuant to Idaho code 50-1002.

2. Proposed fiscal year 2027 City Fees from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. Consideration of proposed fee increases and new fees affecting selected annual fee revenue collections, pursuant to Idaho Code § 63-1311A.

1. Mayor Report: the Mayor may review non-actionable topics not already on the agenda that should be brought to the Council’s attention, if any.
2. Council Report: Councilmembers may review non-actionable topics not already on the agenda that should be brought to the Council’s attention, if any.
