General Business:

  1. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 25.17 acres of land, and to Specify the Zoning Limited Residential (R-2), located approximately 1,900 feet south of Siphon Rd, west of Cole St, north of the Church Lateral canal, and approximately 970 feet east of Philbin Rd. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the annexation of 25.17 acres into the City limits).
  2. Discussion and consider approving the Mayor to enter into an Automatic Aid Agreement
    with Pocatello Fire Department. (Action Item)
  3. Discussion and Possibly declaring the City’s surplus asphalt millings as surplus property having no value to the City and authorize the disposal and donation of the material to Bannock County. (Action Item)
