1. Approval of Copperfield Landing Div. 7 Preliminary Plat and the findings of facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
2. Approval of Pauline Flats findings of facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
3. Council will Discuss and Consider the Transfer of the Balance in the Employee Benefits Fund to the Health Plan Trust. (Action Item)
4. Review and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2023-XX City Utility Connections Outside of City Limits. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss Utility Connections Outside of City Limits)
5. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(a) “to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need.” (Action Item)
