General Business:

  1. Approval of Opioid Settlement Allocation Agreements. (Action Item).
    (Council will discuss participating with the State’s opioid settlement allocation agreements).
  2. Approval of the findings, facts and conclusions of law for a Variance located at 1026 Lexington St., in accordance with section 18.28.080 of City Code. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  1. Discussion on Curb and Sidewalk Violations at 330 W Chubbuck Rd, 929 Yellowstone Ave, 275 Adams, 4590 Ponderosa and possible other locations around the Community in accordance with sections 28.030 and 8.28.040 of City Code. (Action Item)
