1. Approval of the Brookstone Estates Div. 14 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
2. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Academy Acres Div. 1. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

3. Approval of the FY25 Health Plan Trust Contribution. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the City’s contribution to the health plan trust).

4. Approval of Renewal of Annual Appropriation Certificates of Participation Series 2019. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the renewal of the annual appropriation lease certificates of participation series 2019).  
5. Discussion on City Fees for FY25.
