Approval of Minutes: December 4, 2024. (Action Item)

General Business:

  1. Approval of the Fahey Acres Subdivision Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).                                                                                               
  2. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 15.9 acres of land, and Specify the Zoning Limited Residential P (R-2P) Land Use District (zone), located on the west side of Lamar St and north of Brynwood Ave. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the annexation of 15.9 acres into the City limits).
  3. Request for Parking Waiver Located at 235 W. Burnside. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
  4. Approval of the Alcohol license for Philbin Crossing Mart. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).
  1. Adoption of Ordinance XXX Chapter 9.38 – Public Parks. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss Revisions to Chapter 9.38 – Public Parks).
  1. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
  2. Discussion about January 1, 2025 Council Meeting & Study Session.
    (Council will discuss how they want to move forward with this Council Meeting).
