1. Discussion on Pine Ridge Mall Request for Public Improvement Guarantee Waiver. (Action Item)

2. Approval of the Chubbuck Village Div. 1 Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Approval of the Chubbuck Village Div. 1 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
4. Approval of Requests for Funding for FY2025. (Action Item)

5. Review and Approve Reimbursement Agreement for remaining Pine Ridge Mall Urban Renewal District Project funds between the Chubbuck Development Authority (CDA) and the City. (Action Item)
