General Business:

1. Approval of Annual Impact Fee Advisory Committee Recommendation/Report. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss an annual report/recommendation on city impact fees).

2. Approval of Requests for Funding for FY2025. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss funding requests).
3. Discussion on the Comprehensive Plan Update.
4. Discussion on options for improvements to Tree Valley Road in conjunction with Casa Del Tree Valley subdivision improvements.
5. Discussion and Possible Approval of a Termination of Road Improvement Agreement regarding certain road improvements to Hawthorne Road with the Pine Ridge Mall; and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2025-XX Termination of Road Improvements. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
