Approval of Minutes: April 16, 2025 and April 30, 2025. (Action Item)

General Business:

1. Approval of the Kinport View Townhomes Subdivision Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law.
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)

2. Approval of the Burnside Commercial Park Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Approval of the Casa Dell Tree Valley Subdivision Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. Discussion on options for improvements to Tree Valley Road in conjunction with the Casa Del Tree Valley subdivision improvements.
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)

4. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 36 acres of land, and Specify the Zoning Limited Residential P (R-2P) and General Commercial (C-2) Land Use Districts (zones), located west of Yellowstone Avenue and north of Bringhurst Street and Noah Street. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the annexation of 36 acres into the City limits).
5. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
6. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX Title 18 Standards for Accessory Structures. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss an update to section 18.12.030 of city code). 
7. Adoption of Resolution XXX State of Idaho 457 Plan. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss adopting the State of Idaho plan for deferred compensation).
