General Business:

1. Approval of the Alpine Crossing Div. 1C Subdivision Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law.
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)

2. Approval of the Fahey Acres Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Discussion on the Chubbuck 2045: Comprehensive Plan. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss an updated comprehensive plan as required by Idaho code).
4. Discussion on the Chubbuck 2045: Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss an updated future land use map). 
5. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX Repealing Title 6 Daycares. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss repealing section 6 of city code to comply with HB243). 
6. Approval of Update to the Personnel Policy. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the updates to the Personnel Policy).
