General Business:

1. Adoption of Resolution XXX Chubbuck 2045: Comprehensive Plan. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss an updated comprehensive plan as required by Idaho code).
2. Approval of Firework Permits for 2025. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the applications and if they meet city code).
3. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
4. Adoption of Resolution XXX Approving the Eligibility Report and Directing the Urban Renewal Agency for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho to Prepare an Urban Renewal Plan. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss acceptance of final eligibility study).
5. Review the 2025 pavement maintenance plan and consider awarding bid for the 2025 Asphalt Mill and Overlay Project and consider entering into agreement with Bannock County to have the county perform chip seal and fog coat on Philbin Road and Hiline Road. (Action Item)
6. Discussion about the June 18, 2025 Council Meeting.
