Approval of Minutes: June 4, 2025 and June 23, 2025. (Action Item)

General Business:

1. The Swearing in of Chubbuck Police Officers.
2. Appeal of Design Review Committee’s Decision for Parking Exception on Mingo Lane (5015 Yellowstone Ave.), in accordance with section 18.16.040.H of City Code. (Action Item)                                                                                       (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).

3. Approval of the Bullock Subdivision Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
4. Review and Accept bid for the 2025 Micro Surfacing Project and possibly authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract for asphalt maintenance. (Action Item)
5. Adopt Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2026. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the adoption of a tentative budget for 2026).
6. Discussion on Council Email.
   (Council will discuss potential improvements, record keeping, and responsiveness).
