Approval of Minutes: August 3, 2022 and August 9, 2022. (Action Item)

Public Hearing:

1. An additional public hearing on a proposed budget for the fiscal year 2023 from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, pursuant to Idaho code 50-1002. Following the Budget Hearing held on August 3, 2022 and a Budget Study Session held on August 9, 2022 to gather information from City Departments before adopting a budget for 2023.

General Business:

1. Adoption of Ordinance XXX Appropriations for FY2023. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the adoption of a budget for FY23).

2. Adoption of Resolution XXX Accrue or Use Forgone Property Taxes. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the intent and purpose of collecting or using forgone taxes.)

1. City of Chubbuck claims for August 17, 2022 as presented to Mayor England and Council. (Action Item).
