General Business:

  1. Approval and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for a Title Map Amendment (zone change) from Limited Residential (R-2) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) on approximately .29 acres of land located at 610 Mallard Drive. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
  2. Approval of the State Fire Subdivision Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
  3. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Legacy Park Div. 2. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
