1. Appeal the Denial of a Private Investigator License for Jake Coho. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the denial of a private investigator license by the Chubbuck Police Department).

2. Review and Accept bids for the Hawthorne Road Storm Drain Project and possibly authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract. (Action Item)
