1. Request to Waive the ordinance requirements for the development of Candee Subdivision – Division 2.  Property being located at 5021 Yellowstone Ave (Corner of Yellowstone Ave & Ward Dr). (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
2. Request to Amend the Interior Lot Lines of the Previously Approved Casa Del Tree Valley final plat. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 

3. Discussion and a Presentation by Pioneer Capital Ventures on Possible Private-Public Opportunities as a Funding Mechanism.
