General Business:

1. Approval of the 2026 Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).

2. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
3. Approval to Appoint Brandon Desfosses to the Chubbuck Development Authority. (Action Item)
   (The council will discuss an appointment to the CDA Board).
4. Acceptance of the City Clerks Declaration of Elected for Roger Hernandez to Council Seat #2 pursuant to Idaho Code 50-405. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss that such candidates are duly elected for their respective terms, and will be installed at the first city council meeting in January).

5. Acceptance of 2025 Election Results. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the official election results from the county)

6. Discussion about the December 17, 2025 Council Meeting.
