1. Approval of Change in Land Use District on 22.82 Acres of Land from Agricultural (A) and Limited Residential (R-2) to Limited Residential (R-2) located at 1295 Alpine Ave. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss a change in land use from Agricultural (A) and Limited Residential (R-2) to Limited Residential (R-2)).

2. Approval of The Academy Campus Subdivision Preliminary Plat. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
3. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
