  1. Approval of the Pine Plat 2 Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  2. Discussion and Possible Approval of Animal Control Truck Donation. (Action Item)
  3. Discussion and Possible Approval of Zambonis Donation. (Action Item)
  4. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)   
    (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
  5. Resolution 2026-XXX Regarding proposed Legal Services Agreement relating to PFAS Litigation. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss authorizing the mayor to enter into a contract regarding PFAS litigation).
  6. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(a) “to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need.” (Action Item)
  7. Confirm the Appointment for the Fire Chief. (Action Item)
