Approval of Minutes: January 21, 2026. (Action Item)

General Business:

  1. The Swearing in of Chas Clark as the Chubbuck Fire Chief.
  2. Review and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2026-XX to Amend the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Designations Map from Commercial to High Density Residential on .87 acres approximately 740 feet south of New Day Parkway between Park Lawn Dr. and the Union Pacific Railroad. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
  3. Review and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for a Title Map Amendment (zone change) from General Commercial (C-2) to Dense Residential (R-4) on approximately .43 acres of land, located between Park Lawn Dr. and the Union Pacific Railroad, approximately 740 feet south of New Day Pkwy. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
  4. Review and Possible Approval to Authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) and Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) regarding railroad crossing. (Action Item)
