   (Council will discuss funding requests).
2. Approval of the Alcohol license for Beer and Wine for Walgreens. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).

3. Discussion and Possible Approval of the Development and Project Design Standards and Revisions to the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
