  1. Approval of the Kinport View Townhomes Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  2. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Premier View Subdivision. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
  3. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)                                            
    (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
