  1. Approval of the Mingo Shops Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  2. Approval of the Reflection Ridge Div. 2 Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  3. Approval of the Eva Heights Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
    (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
  4. Discussion and Possible Approval for an Amendment to the Master Development Plan for the Northside Crossing Creative Community. Project encompasses approximately 195 acres of land with a mixture of residential and commercial development. The subject property is generally bounded on the north by Tyhee Road, on the east by the Hiline Canal, on the south by New Day Parkway, and on the west by the Union Pacific Railroad. (Action Item)

  5. Presentation of the 2025 Annual Report from the Chubbuck Development Authority (CDA).
    (Council will discuss an annual financial report from the Chubbuck Development Authority).
