APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 11, 2022 & February 8, 2022 (Action Item)


  1. City officials will provide an overview of building permits and impact fees collected prior to, and since the adoption of the impact fees and the committee may discuss the provided information.
  2. The Committee may hear testimony from an individual from the Building Contractors Association of Southeast Idaho regarding their experiences and insights on the adopted impact fees.
  3. City officials from the Parks, Emergency Services, and Police departments will provide an overview of revenues and expenses pertaining to their impact fee categories and will discuss current and proposed projects of their applicable capital improvement plans. The committee may discuss the provided information.
  4. The Committee may move to make a recommendation for the City Council regarding impact fees in accordance with Idaho Code section 67-8205(3)(d-e) or the Committee may provide direction to City staff about what information the Committee would like to review at the next meeting in order to file a report to the City Council. (Action Item)
