APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 10, 2024 (Action Item)

PUBLIC HEARING

  1. An application for a Title Map Amendment from Agriculture (A) to Single-family Residential (R-1) on approximately 47 acres of land located at 5110 Tree Valley Rd in Chubbuck, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)

 

  1. An application for initial designation of property into the Single-family Residential (R-1) Land Use District (zone) that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of approximately 3.12 acres is located at 12260 Hiline Rd, Pocatello, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. An application for a preliminary plat for the Casa Del Tree Valley Subdivision. Applicant proposes to subdivide 4.46 acres into 5 residential lots. Property is in Section 2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located on the east side of Tree Valley Road north of Garden Drive, Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the Agriculture (A) land use district. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Low Density. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
  2. Discussion on the Comprehensive Plan Update.
