PUBLIC HEARING

1. An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a daycare center in the Limited Residential (R-2) Zone, at 5114 Hawthorne Rd in Chubbuck, ID. The proposal would allow the neighboring business, Cookies n Milk Daycare, to expand by converting an existing home into part of the commercial daycare business. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designates this area as Mixed Use. The application will be reviewed against criteria in section 18.28.020.C.5 of City Code. Type of action: Decision. (Action Item)
