PUBLIC HEARING

1. An application for initial designation of property into the Limited Residential P (R-2P) Land Use District (zone) that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of 15.9 acres is located on the west side of Lamar St and north of Brynwood Ave in Bannock County, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. An application for a preliminary plat for the Fahey Acres subdivision. Applicant proposes to subdivide 0.69 acres into 4 residential lots. Property is in the NW ¼ of Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at 5262 Lucky Ave. Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the Limited Residential (R-2) land use district. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as medium density. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
