CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURES OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: December 10, 2024 (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS 

  1. An application for a preliminary plat for the Chubbuck Village Subdivision. Applicant proposes to subdivide 1.9 acres into 1 commercial/mixed use lot, 1 common area lot, and 1 lot dedicated to the public for street right-of-way. Property is in the NE ¼ of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at 152 Evans Lane, Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the Village (V) land use district. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
  2. Discussion on the Comprehensive Plan Update.
