APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 22, 2025 (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. An application for a preliminary plat for the Alpine Crossing Subdivision, Division 1C. Applicant proposes to subdivide 6.56 acres into 16 residential lots and 1 common stormwater retention lot. Property is in the NW¼ of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at the SE corner of the Sawtooth St. / Philbin Rd. intersection, Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the limited residential (R-2) land use district. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as mixed use. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
