PUBLIC HEARING 

  1. An application for an Amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit for an assisted living facility in the Limited Commercial (C-1) zone at 5280 Senator Way. The amendment application relates to the building setbacks from the property line. The site is generally located near the intersection of Chubbuck Rd and Philbin Rd in Chubbuck, Idaho. The application will be reviewed against criteria in sections 18.28.020.C.5 through C.11 and 18.28.020.D of City Code. Type of action: Decision. (Action Item)
