PUBLIC HEARING 

1. An application for initial designation of property into the Agriculture (A) Land Use District (zone) that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of approximately 1.34 acres is generally located at 12242 N Hiline Rd, in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Bannock County. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
